Referral Partner Agreement

This Referral Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

Inland Empire Hounds ("Company") and Referral Partner ("Partner")

• 1. Purpose

  This is a public sponsorship contribution tied specifically to the Hounds’ NorCal road trip taking place January 23–25.

  Partner may introduce qualified brands or decision-makers for this opportunity on a referral basis.

  2. Referral Fee

  • Partner will receive a 20% referral fee of the total cash amount actually received by Company from a referred partner.

  • The referral fee is earned and payable only upon close and receipt of funds by Company.

  3. Payment Terms

  • Referral fees will be paid within ten (10) business days of Company’s receipt of funds.

  • Payment will be made via ACH, wire transfer, or other agreed electronic method.

  • Partner agrees to provide a completed W-9 prior to payment.

  4. Non-Exclusivity

  • This Agreement is non-exclusive.

  • Company may work with other referral partners or source opportunities directly.

  • Partner is free to engage in other referral or business activities without restriction.

  5. No Authority or Obligation

  • Partner has no authority to bind Company or represent terms on Company’s behalf.

  • Company retains sole discretion to accept or decline any referred prospect.

  • Partner is not responsible for negotiations, contracting, or execution of any partnership.

  6. Term & Scope

  • This Agreement applies on a deal-by-deal basis for this opportunity only.

  • Either party may discontinue participation at any time.

  • Referral fees remain payable for any referred deal that closes after introduction.

  7. Entire Understanding

  This document represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding referral compensation for this opportunity and supersedes any prior discussions.
